NUEVO Budare Plus para arepas. Después de varios años haciendo budares y cocinando arepas, probando superficies, diferentes curados; desarrollamos este nuevo diseño. Una budare de aluminio fundido con una superficie texturizada para una mejor función antiadherente. La superficie texturizada de nuestro diseño está compuesta por cilindros cónicos espaciados uniformemente en la superficie. Como la arepa tiene menos contacto directo con la superficie, disminuye las posibilidades de que las arepas se peguen a la superficie. Además, también aplicamos el mismo curado con aceites vegetales a la superficie que en nuestras otras prductos para minimizar cualquier posibilidad de que los alimentos se peguen. Cuando aplicas aceite al budare para cocinar, parte cae a la superficie que rodea los cilindros cónicos. Cuando el budare se calienta y el aceite llega a su punto de humeo, los vapores que produce aumentan la transmisión de calor a los alimentos y dan paso a un efecto humeante.

NEW Budare plus is a cast aluminum griddle with a textured surface for a better non-stick function Our design is an approach to reduce the stickiness with a permanent solution. The textured surface in our design is accomplished by having conical cylinders equally spaced on the surface of the griddle. As the food has less direct contact with the surface of this griddle, this diminishes the chances of the food sticking to the surface. Moreover, we also apply the same vegetable seasoning to the surface as in our other griddles in order to minimize any chance of food stickiness. When you apply oil to the griddle to cook, some of it drops to the surface surrounding the conical cylinders. When the griddle is heated and the oil reaches its smoking point, the fumes it produces increase the transmission of heat to the food and give way to a smoking effect. This smoking oil plus the air that is passing below the food produces crispier food and cooks it faster than a traditional flat griddle.
