Por favor NO RECALIENTES el budare porque se te pueden quemar las arepas y quedan pegostes en la superficie Te recomendamos cocinar a CALOR BAJO-MEDIO. Este budare se calienta más rápido que otros budares. (Sí, siempre hay que poner aceite o mantequilla al budare. Más en los primeros usos. El budare está pre-curado). Al principio hasta a los mejores arepólogos se les pegan las arepas, porque están conociendo cómo se calienta el budare.

WARNING

Please DO NOT OVERHEAT the budare because it will burn the arepas and they will leave burned dough on the surface. Please cook on LOW-MEDIUM HEAT (¼) This budare heats faster than other budares. (Yes, you always have to put oil or butter on the budare. More ore in the first uses. The budare is pre-seasoned). Even at the beginning the best arepologists get their arepas burned and stuck. That is because you are learning how this budare heats.
